We look at challenges as meaningful experiences, so Kantech people are Lean Six Sigma certified.
That means, we are always on the quest of improving things. Even if we see processes as atoms, where a natural vibration will always occur, we’ll always try to shake things up and do it better.
This is our mindset. We prefer the Agile methodology, but we can adapt to Waterfall or any hybrid between the two.
In terms of delivery, the following steps may bring more clarity
What needs to be done, what needs to be improved, how can we help? In this stage, the voice of the customer is critical, because we must define the critical requirements, must-haves, and nice-to-haves.
In this stage we perform an actual assessment on the current situation and establish how we measure the success of the project. Also, we identify the data sources against four V’s: volume, variety, velocity, and veracity.
This stage is about the actual creation of the project solution. At this point we are building the derivable assets and other project requirements.
In this stage, we go together with the customer through the acceptance tests needed. At the end, the requirements defined in the beginning must be met.
Even after the project is done, Kantech is there to hold hands should the customer have any need for help. This can be in the form of Application or Infrastructure Support.
We have a long term vision, so we won’t sacrifice it for any short term gains, and neither should our clients.
Dialogue is everything, it saves time, speeds up decision making and makes the process seamless.
We stand strongly by our values, so respecting the first two steps will grant you our loyalty and total dedication.
